Mount Everest includes mountains like Lhotse (8,516m), Nuptse (7,855m), and Changtse, part of the Mahalangur range (7,580m). The Upper Mustang area was until 1992 a restricted demilitarized area, making it one of the world’s most preserved regions. Upper Mustang is one of the most authentic areas of unspoiled Tibetan tradition with the perseverance of ancient Tibetan culture and language. In Nepal, there are many other destinations full of natural, cultural, and traditional variation. There is no shortage of fascinating destinations for walking, touring, or even adventure in this country of temples and deities. 3) Annapurna Circuit: The region of Annapurna is one of Nepal’s most popular trekking areas, and has several days to weeks of choice. Three main routes cross and combine in places in the Annapurna region, and you can choose to take apart or change inroads. The routes are easy to track and well marked. It takes around 21 days to finish the Annapurna Circuit and is incredibly popular with people who have sufficient time. The Apple Pie Circuit is sometimes referred to as this route, in that many teahouses on the route serve a fried apple tarts version of their own. 4) Lumbini: The birthplace of the historic Buddha Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha Shakyamuni, was Lumbini famous. On Pokhara to Chitwan National Park, Lumbini, situated off the main tourist track at nearly 250 miles from Kathmandu, is a worthwhile detour. There is a sense of tranquility in this pilgrimage city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Most visitors are Buddhist pilgrims from around the world who follow the footpaths of Buddha through his life’s stations. The Temple of Maya Devi, dedicated to the mother of Buddha, is thought to be the place where the Buddha was brought about. It contains an old stone relief dating back to the 2nd century AD depicting the birth of the Buddha.

5) Gosaikunda: The lake trek Gosaikunda is also a unique experience, particularly for those who are interested in experiencing the spirituality of the site. It takes walkers through the wonderful views of Gosaikunda, as every year the lake is overrun with pilgrimages. During the winter season, the lake remains frozen for six months in total and, once it melts, it forms the Trisuliriver. Gosaikunda is a cozy 9-day trek of moderate difficulty which makes it ideal for hikers who are interested in upgrading their skills while surrounded by an exceptional landscape. The Dhunche-Helambu trekking route is an important place of interest to Gosaikunda. This trek is next door to the famous trek of the Langtang Valley. It is possible to combine both treks.
