Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, is situated at an altitude of 1,400 meters from sea level. But the highest point of Kathmandu valley is Phulchoki, at an altitude of 2,762 meters from sea level. Kathmandu valley weather is referred to as the best weather among all the places of Nepal. Pokhara is 200km far from Kathmandu.
